PEGA is making a line of objects that adhere and unfold from the wall. they use basic paper folding to let the items move between a 2 and 3 dimensional plane, reimagining the physical space that common household items require. pictured is a lamp and a radio. you can see more of these pieces at designboom.
the table lamp below, called 'panto' is my favorite. pulling the shade open and closed controls the light mechanism. but you can never get rid of it's shadow. cheeky!
